Google’s SEO strategy

Google owns around 7000 internal websites, which Google data scientist Sean O’Keefe spoke about. This gave a rare insight into Google’s SEO strategy. He reported that Google makes around 200 changes to these websites every day.

Even small changes can yield a high return on investment in terms of ranking when applied to larger websites. Webmasters should not be afraid of new changes. There are even changes that Google adopts itself, such as AMP or Progressive Web, to name two.

According to Google, the more changes adopted and experimented with, the better the SEO results would be. According to Google, the statement by SEOs that less is more and that therefore websites with fewer pages with higher-quality content lead to better SEO results is classified as working.
But the best way to create a great website is to create many so-called microsites. That would sustainably boost organic growth over time.
