Wie man bei Google besser rankt!

How to Rank Better on Google!

In optimizing for Google, the quality and added value provided to visitors of (entrepreneurial) websites are the most important factors. There are more than 200 different factors that influence rankings on the Google search engine, and there are an infinite number of variables that also determine whether a website is displayed high up or down low in searches. There is no universal solution that helps websites to achieve the best possible ranking; website owners must figure out on their own what user search intentions might be and what content is thus mandatory for their website.

Google’s goal is for as many users as possible to use Google as their default search engine. In order for Google to continue to be used a lot, they need to show content that gives users what they are looking for. Internal links and proper H-tag use are essential for optimizing content. What does this mean for website owners? It means creating the most detailed and relevant texts possible and also providing explanatory videos or graphics.

As a general rule, it is always smarter not to report on too broad of topics that are frequently searched on Google, but to address smaller subtopics in detail. This is usually the best way to go. Even if you can’t keep in mind and optimize for 200 factors at the same time, there are 8 factors that definitely help every webmaster.

Let’s start with the quality of the context: it is important to write content based on high-quality sources and perhaps include a quote here and there. Whatever appears to the user as high quality is also interpreted by Google as high quality.

The usefulness of the content depends on how many questions the content can anticipate for the customer. It is important to feed the content in “bites” instead of uploading a whole dissertation on the topic. Good content shouldn’t really need to be longer than three pages; it can also be compressed so that the reader isn’t overwhelmed just by looking at the content.

Usefulness goes hand in hand with clarity – the formatting of the text. Paragraphs, subheadings, numbering, and bulleted lists are particularly reader-friendly.

In addition, citing additional sources with more specific information provide seriousness. Correct spelling and grammar should be taken into consideration.

It’s actually a good idea to let your gut feeling determine the length of the text. Complex topics of course require more text than topics that can be described easily or with the help of an informative diagram. Relevant pictures or videos should be included whenever possible. The ability to produce “well put together” content is required here, but you don’t need to go overboard.

The up-to-dateness of content also plays an equally important role. Make sure to keep yourself and your readers up to date, otherwise your content won’t have much value to offer.

The logic behind this is as follows: if you offer users good content and answer their questions, it follows that users will stay on your website for longer. The length of stay signals to Google that the users have found what they were looking for, which means that your website will automatically rank well on Google. Don’t forget to adhere to the ideal guidelines regarding load speed, links, and social signals – then absolutely nothing can stand in the way of your website’s success!
